Munexis Labs Dublin
For nine years I have helped leaders and teams through changes in how they work, with executive facilitation and co-design. More and more often, AI is part of that change.
Your teams are expected to do more, faster, with AI and with each other, and mistakes start reaching your clients.
I help them work smarter, redesigning the right steps.
Your AI bill keeps growing: people run everything through AI, burn through the credits, and still spend hours fixing what it gives back.
I start from the people: confidence, critical thinking, and how AI fits each job.
Decisions stall because every leader has different priorities, and your teams wait or work on the wrong things.
I facilitate the leadership team to agree on what comes first and who decides what, with OKRs to track it.
Change is designed in a meeting room and lands on people with no effective results.
I run co-design sessions where the people who live with the change, customers included, shape it.
AI agents joined the team, and when something goes wrong, nobody owns the result.
I help your human-AI teams agree on who owns what.
Your teams work in silos, things get lost between them, and your customers feel the gaps.
I bring people across functions together to design the work as one team.
I coach your team to do the work themselves, with AI-augmented Design Thinking. My training in organisational psychology shapes how I do it: I treat every transformation as a change in how people work together, and every problem as something to explore with the people who have it.
Before fixing anything, we look below the surface: the visible symptoms (low AI use, rising AI bills, decisions that stall), the structures behind them (metrics, governance, incentives) and the beliefs underneath.
Design Thinking applied to the organisation itself: from scattered complaints to the root issue, then prototyping changes to roles, processes and decision rights before rolling them out.
People and AI each do what they do best: AI maps patterns and summarises data, while people bring the context, check what AI produces and make the call.
Healthcare
Mapping the hospital experience of people with diabetes for a patient support organisation, across the different professionals they meet, with AI-assisted analysis of what patients told us and a focus on digital touchpoints.
Education
Designing an AI literacy programme for an education network, for educators and their pupils.
Startups
Helping early-stage founders set priorities and goals, get rigorous about the problem they solve and the ecosystem around it, and shape the customer experience for their solution, using AI to speed up research and testing. I also run pitch clinics on public speaking and on slide decks that stand out in a sea of AI-generated content.

I spent nine years in innovation, customer experience and transformation. At EY wavespace, in Dublin and Stockholm, I was Assistant Director, running co-design programmes for C-suite clients. I then became Head of Strategic Innovation at a Dublin brand experience consultancy, after years as an independent consultant across Europe. I hold an MA in Organisational Psychology (University of Trento, top grade with honours) and I am certified as a Google Generative AI Leader and in the ENAIS AI Safety Atlas.
